2. Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching

Dr. Linaman provides psychotherapy through telehealth to individuals located in Arizona and other jurisdictions where he is legally authorized to practice.

Executive coaching is offered separately to individuals and business partners throughout the United States and, when appropriate, internationally. Executive coaching is a professional development service and does not constitute psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis, or treatment.

Specific terms, fees, professional responsibilities, and informed consent requirements are addressed in separate agreements provided to individuals who engage these services.

3. No Professional Relationship Established

Visiting this website, reading its content, submitting a general inquiry, or contacting Dr. Linaman does not, by itself, establish a therapist–patient or executive coaching relationship.

A professional relationship is established only after the appropriate intake, consultation, acceptance, and agreement procedures have been completed.

4. Privacy and Electronic Communication

Information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with the website's Privacy Policy.

The general contact form and ordinary email should not be used to transmit sensitive medical, psychological, or other confidential personal information. Established psychotherapy clients should use the secure patient portal for communications concerning their care.
