About Todd E. Linaman, Ph.D.

Helping People Live, Work and Relate Well

I believe meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves, strengthening our relationships, and developing practical ways to navigate life's challenges. Whether those challenges arise in our personal lives, relationships, or professional responsibilities, growth is possible when insight is accompanied by intentional action.

For more than two decades, I've had the privilege of helping individuals, couples, and leaders develop greater self-awareness, improve relationships, overcome obstacles, and pursue meaningful personal and professional goals.

Todd E. Linaman, Ph.D., licensed clinical psychologist and executive coach.

Experience That Informs My Work

I am a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist in Arizona, providing psychotherapy to adults and couples through secure telehealth services. I also provide executive coaching to leaders and professionals seeking to strengthen their effectiveness, communication, relationships, and overall well-being.

Before establishing my private practice in 2002, I served as Executive Director of a multistate behavioral health clinic network and Vice President of a national nonprofit educational media organization.

These experiences have given me a valuable perspective on the intersection of psychological well-being, relationships, leadership, and organizational life.

My professional background also includes public speaking, writing, and contributing to discussions about emotional health, healthy relationships, and personal development. I co-authored Lessons Learned Looking Back: Strategies for Successful Living, published by Broadman & Holman.

My Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, practical, and grounded in psychological research and professional experience.

I believe people benefit from being both understood and appropriately challenged. Insight is important, but lasting change also requires learning new skills, considering different perspectives, and applying what we discover in everyday life.

Whether working with someone through psychotherapy or executive coaching, my goal is to help them identify what matters most, address obstacles, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

While psychotherapy and executive coaching are distinct professional services, both reflect my commitment to helping people live, work, and relate well.
